เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการสะสมตะกั่วในเห็ดฟางที่เพาะจากฟางข้าวและตอซังข้าวที่มีตะกั่วปนเปื้อน โดยจะพิจารณาเกี่ยวกับการสะสมตะกั่ว ผลกระทบของตะกั่วต่อการเจริญเติบโตทางกายภาพและผลผลิตของเห็ดฟาง ตลอดจนความปลอดภัยในการบริดภคเห็ดฟางเหล่านี้
